Ling/Clouting in 1861
« on: Saturday 29 January 05 09:02 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

I'm trying to find the profession and residence of Alfred Ling (aged aprx 25 - born blaxhall) and his wife Martha (age aprx 20 - born Rendlesham) in 1861. I expect them to have been in Hacheston at this time.

If someone is kind enough to answer this i will add £2 to the tsunami jar where I work as a small token of thanks.
All the best
Nigel

1861 census is not indexed!!! Where do u expect these people to be? Do u have a marriage or Childs birth or something that would suggest just where in Suffolk they might be? the family from a later census maybe listing ages Places of birth etc?...cas without further info this request is impossible im afraid....U really need to post as much info as u possible can on the people u r looking for to have any chance of success.... :'( Kris
