Oakley from Lydbrook

My great grandfather Alfred Oakley was born in Lydbrook abt. 1846.
Does anybody have any info. about him ?

The only info. I have is from the 1881 census when he was living in Kidwelly nr. Llanelly working as a tin man.
I've no idea when he moved or any of his parents.

The Forest-of-Dean family history site (Parish Records) shows the following baptism on 14 Dec 1845.

Newland Parish
Alfred Oakly [sic]:  Occupation Miller
Father: Robert
Mother: Susanna [sic]
Residence: Redbrook  [Forest of Dean].

It's quite close to Lydbrook.  Would this fit the bill

I have found info. elsewhere of a Rowland Oakley married to Susanna ?? (surname unknown).
