Hello to all involved in discussions about Fradleys. I am ANB14's youngest daughter Sarah. I am really looking forward to visiting Stone next week with my mum and dad. Does anyone have any more information about Fradley's from Stone. Names of boats they might have owned/worked on, places they might have been to, photographs or locations of Graves etc.
from Sarah Fradley

Hi again

I asked for some info on the Barlow's earlier and also posted this picture - wondering if anyone recognised the barge:

Since then I've met an expert on the Barlows, who also has contacts to identify boats. He has told me that:

Quote
The barge is the HAROLD and it was built in 1911 and registered at Coventry No. 365 on the 13th February 1911 for John Ensor, proprietor of the Midland Quarry Company of Tuttle Hill, Nuneaton. Her master was Thomas Bromage at first, but in later years John Finch then Charles Ward worked her.

Although I can't see a direct link to my family, someone else might find this information useful.
