Looking for information on Cooke family of Leafield

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for information on the births/christenings of Edward and William Cooke, brothers, who were from Leafield, Oxfordshire and born in or about 1814 and 1816. They emigrated to Australia in 1841.
Any information on them, their parents and any siblings would be very much appreciated.

I have checked on Leafield parish register and the Cooke brothers are not on  there. I looked from 1810 to1820. Let me know if you need anymore lookups asI have the parish register.

Hi Toby,

Maybe I have the place name wrong. On the immigration index, William and Edward Cooke are stated as coming from Layfield, Oxfordshire. As there doesn't appear to be a Layfield, I thought the name must be Leafield. Was there a Layfield in Oxfordshire?
