1891 Census lookup please-Emma Banks

Hello everyone

I'd appreciate some help with this. Looking for:

Emma Banks born 1863/1864 Putney. I believe Emma was married to George Banks - I'd like to see their entry in the 1891 census.

Not much to go on. When & where do you believe this marriage to have been?

Hi Pauline

Emma's maiden name was Lloyd. I have found her in the 1881 census, unmarried and living with her mother and sister's family at 5 Russell Place, Putney. Emma's mother Mary Ann died in 1886 and E Banks, daughter is listed on the death certificate as informant so Emma must have married Mr Banks between 1881 and 1886.

I'd like to find her in the 1891 census so that I'd know who her family were at that time and where she was living

To go back to my original request - where is the best place to look for records in the 1891 census?

Probably ancestry.

Check your local library to see if they have "Ancestry Library Edition" which may be used on-site.
