Hi,
Just to add to the information my grear grandmother was Martha Louisia Scott who married David Boyce approx 1896. She was also a daughter of Anne Eliza and I'm guessing Henry Scott. She died approx 1917 aged 48. Any more information would be appreciated. It would be great if the gentleman who lived in Annaclare House for a while could contact me. Also just out of interest the Annaclare House and 86 acres have just been placed for sale !

Hello! I am a little unsure I am understanding how this all works, but I will try again.
My grandfather, Andrew Scott b.1869 is the sibling to your great-grandmother, Martha Louisa Scott. I have seen the 1911 census but wasn't absolutely sure of the connection. I would love to know more about your side of the family. There seems to have been other siblings, but not sure of names etc. I have communicated with the woman who lives at Annaclare, she was not familiar with the Scotts, not being from Armagh. I do have some photos of the house sent to me by a cousin and a gentleman who spent several years there as a child during the air raids in London. His grandmother was Elizabeth Adelaide Scott/Couser.

Hi Michael

My Great Grandmother was a Couser from Cavanacaw Townland in Armagh. Herbert Couser married Elizabeth Adelaide Scott in 1899 in Rostrevor, County Down, however his family were from Killynure Townland in Armagh.
