help

i have a relative I'm trying to trace, Horace Baldwin,  born early 19th century Lamberhurst worked as a saddler.  Married Charlotte Taylor  (when) probably Lamberhurst.  Had children all born in Lamberhurst except last one born in Cranbrook.  Charlotte also remarried to James Chesson in Lamberhurst again, in 1854.

Can anyone please help me with a date of birth or death approx for Horace.  He isn't on the 1851 Lamberhurst census, none of the family are.
Baldwin's from Newhaven then Lamberhurst then Cranbrook.  Keogh in Kingsbury.  Whitley in Lutterworth.  Cameron in Invergordon.  Cull in Newhaven. Brett in N.London- Great Dunmow.

Here's the family on the 1851 census in Cranbrook:
ref HO107 1519 folio 72: Crane Lane, Cranbrook
Charlotte Baldwin head wid age 31 sempstress pauper born Cranbrook
Douglas do son age 7 scholar born Lamberhurst
Leona do dau age 6 born do
Horace do son age 3 born do
Elizabeth do dau age 1 born Cranbrook

So Horace died before 31st March 1851, which was the date that the census was taken.

And here's the family in 1841:
ref HO107 459-16 folio 20: Lamberhurst Town
Horace Baldwin age 20 saddler
Charlotte do age 20
Clara do age 3 months

Census shows Charlotte and Clara born in county, but Horace NOT born in county. There were no other Baldwin family members in Lamberhurst in 1841, so it looks as though Horace moved there all on his own.
