Yes that might be a possible.
We were members many years ago but we let it lapse. Back then we didn't get much out of being in the group & we lived in our native Yorkshire, so Carlisle wasn't as far away. I'll try some other forums too.

Hopefully you are the same walkerlad who is connected with the Sarah Corlett murder (Robert Gill committed suicide shortly after the girl's death in 1928 and was 'blamed/scapegoated' for her murder. Hi, I saw your post regarding a Joseph Greenhow born on 15 Sept 1835 illegitimately to Elizabeth Greenhow and Joseph Jackson. I would be very interested if you have any further information on Joseph Jackson.

Elizabeth Greenhow was the daughter of William Greenhow & Ann Routledge they moved from Mungrisdale to Southwick Sunderland where Elizabeth married Thomas Carr and her Illegitimate son Joseph who was my great great grandfather and he became a master Mariner

If you use this site https://www.ogindex.org you can see a list of what's available online. In addition there are lots of burials on freereg - this is an ongoing project, rather stalled by covid-19. I can help with some burials that are not yet online up to 1941.
With a bit of searching - or using the link from ogindex - you can get to images of a detailed printed transcript of the register to 1757, although one or two pages are missing. It's pretty good at giving abode and occupation, and of course the placenames are still current.
