Hi

Is Hugh the man in the 1871 census in the Kemp household in Penzance?

I will see if I can trace him in earlier censuses for you.  As he was  a coastguard (assuming I have the right man) he may have moved around quite a lot

In 1841 living with Hugh and Sarah Pill (and their many children) there is a 90 year Elizabeth St Andrew...not born in county.

Maybe her mother?
