Hello David. No church at Bedburn. All the deaths at Bedburn area would have been at the Church of England or the Baptist chapel at Hamsterley.

Hello Bill. There are 4 gravestones for Jewwitt but only one is in the timeframe that you mention.
The others are from the 1900's until recent.
Here is the older one:-

In memory of Josiah Jewitt of Dicking House, who departed this life June/23/1807 aged 68 years.
Also Magdalen, wife of the above named Josiah Jewitt, who departed this life October/31/1821 aged 79 years.

Adam
Would like to thank you too for posting this information (found it whilst googling). Josiah and Magdalen(e) (nee Hence/Hench) are my 4G grandparents, and I know very little about them apart from Magdalene's christening, their marriage, and their children (all from the IGI). Now know a little more! Must try and visit the churchyard next time I am 'up north'.

Regards,
Sheila

Hello. If there were any gravestones for Race about the dates that you mention I am sorry to say that they have not survived.
There are 3 gravestones for Race but they are 1901- 1903 and 1894.
