Hello Alison. Sorry this one got overlooked.
The gravestone is in poor condition caused by it being under a tree and having lead lined letter.
Here is what can be read and I am afraid it is not a lot.

In loving memory of a dear wife and mother Dorothy Esther? Featherstone, December/28/1943 aged 57 years.

Hello Ruby. Here is the one gravestone inscription for Walker:-

Here are deposited the remains of Ruth Walker, daughter of William and Mary Walker of South Side, who departed this life the 18th of August 1797 aged 13 years.
Also of Mary Walker, mother of the above who departed this life February ?? 1816 aged 73 years.
And of William Walker, husband of the above Mary, who departed this life December 16th 1830 aged 90 years.

Sacred to the memory of John Young of Edgeknowle, who died August/5/1857 aged 69 years.
Also Matthew, son of the above John Young, who died December/27/1846 aged 18 years.
Also Joseph, son of the above John Young, who died January/13/1849 aged 31 years.
Also of Jane, wife of the above John Young, who died November/8/1867 aged 74 years.
Also John, son of the above John Young who died August/29/1871 aged 53 years.
Also James, son of the above John Young, who died August/19/1883 aged 63 years.
