Burial lookup James Caldwell - Kilbernie
« on: Monday 18 August 08 14:06 BST (UK) »
Hi

Has anyone access to MIs for Kilbernie parish, who could look to see if there is one for James CALDWELL, he was born in 1765 and was married to Margaret Barclay.  He's not on the 1841 census, so I guess he must have died by then, his son William was a weaver, and I believe that was James' occupation as well.

Many thanks

Carol

Sorry, I've checked the OPR burial index and there is no trace

Should have added that the OPR's are for Church of Scotland only - if he was of another denomination there may still be other records about.
