Hi Pussycat* (or can I just call you Pussycat?)
Thanks for the information - I've always wanted to make contact with a descendant of the Rogers family. I had found Hannah Selena's marriage (Bridgend, 1881) to John Delbridge, who hailed from South Molton in Devon (not a million miles from where I now live) & discovered their seven children (did they have more than that?). I don't know if they are connected, but I know of two present-day John Delbridges, here in North Devon.
I would love a photo of Hannah - I will send you a PM with my email address, so you can forward it. Do you have any other photos? I've always wanted one of Phoebe Ann Rogers (nee Gait), but haven't had any contacts with the Rogers family before.
I am descended from Phoebe's first marriage to Stephen Bumstead (they are my gg grandparents). He died in 1846 & I've never traced her actual marriage to George Rogers (did you know they were almost certainly cousins?) - perhaps you have details of that. I would love any further info you have on the Rogers family - naturally my main research has been directly back on the Gait family - I can give you that (back to c1700) if you don't already have it.
I look forward to hearing from you
Regards
Steve
