Williams of conwy

Hi I hope someone can help me.
I am trying to find the birth of Reginald williams, father william lloyd williams [known to people as lloyd], william's wife was sarah ann. But reginald's mother might have been mabel. [lloyds housekeeper].

Also i am trying to find Lloyds will, appentley when he died he left everything to his housekeeper.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Hi Gadget,
sorry I realised after i had posted that i had not put on any dates.

Reginald was born after 1906, there is a possiblity that he died in infancy, like i said no one seems to know.
William lloyd died after 1933, his occupation was a grocer. apparently he was well off. His house is still standing.

This area is not on the North Wales BMD so it would mean searching through the full GRO index, quarter by quarter to locate births/deaths. Do you have upward dates for the birth/deaths?

I think that the will will have to be checked in London or at a local library. It's a bit too recent to be on any of the online listings.

The only Birth of a Reginald Williams in the Conway District is in the January Quarter of 1903.The GRO reference is Volume 11b,Page 481.

Was this the full GRO index, William, or the Free BMD?

Any deaths for him?

Sorry Gadget it was the only one listed on the Free BMD Index.I could not find a Death for such a Reginald Williams.

I'm sure I did the Conwy deaths for the NW BMD at one stage but I didn't keep them after I'd sent them back
