Thanks for your reply and it will be interesting to see if you have any correspondence or photos of my parents.
John Yellop doesn't appear to have been on line since August 2011 but you could always send him a personal message, I don't have an email address for him.

Have you looked for your family on the census as I could see your Great Grandfather who was a policeman and maybe John Yellop could be a relation from one of his brothers?

I have done many searches but John is still a Yellup and that is the same as my mother's maiden name but My Grandfather prior to his Wedding changed from Yellop to Yellup. Yellup is quite rare but Yellop id fairly common. I can trace Yellop to my Great Granfather (police man) living in Norwich but he had many children and I have not yet had the time to trace each one of his children
Let you know about if I have any of your Mother/Brother phot's but am going on Holiday shortly soit might be some time
