John HARRIS 1826 Devonshire

Hello! I am trying to find out information regarding my great x 3 grandfather John HARRIS who was born in Devonshire abt 1826. He then migrated to Ontario, Canada around 1840 and married Lucy DEMERAY. They had 7 children including my great x 2 grandfather Thomas D. William HARRIS born 1856 in Township of Reach, Ontario, Canada.
I am looking for any information when it comes to where exactly in Devonshire he was born. Possibly his parents or siblings names.

Thank you for your reply. I saw ALL of them on their already. I do believe I will have to look at each and everyone of them closely and repeatedly in order to decipher which one he is.
Again, thank you SO much for your reply. I knew I didnt have much to aid in any sort of Lookup. But I do appreciate your input.

Things are always being added to the IGI so there are probably more Johns out there.  Do you know if he left a will or do you have the marriage certificate for John and Lucy or his immigration details?  They might give further clues, as to where in Devon.
