Hi Adam

Glad to hear that you are OK.  I wonder if you can let me have any Russell details - I believe they had a pub in Crook c.1911 it was called the Golden Fleece.

Thanks

Bill

Hi Adam,

There's a few that are mine, I'm just starting on Stephenson's in my tree so hopefully the ones you've gave me are in the family.

Many thanks.

Hi Adam

I don't think these have been posted already, please can you give me the details for Lax & Waud(Lax).

No sure if there's any connection yet, one of these might be the builder George Lax, but the Lax you've posted details for on the Brancepeth MI's has helped to identify a family group.

Thanks
Jay

The two above stones are in poor condition and difficult to read.

This next one is a very fine memorial with inscriptions on three sides

Also Dorothy Waud, her beloved daughter, died March/16/1947 aged 76 years.

In Memoriam, Elizabeth, beloved wife of George Waud of Hope Street, Crook, he died November/10/1893 aged 72 years.
Also the above George George Waud, who died December/18/1896 aged 79 years.

Also Annie, their daughter, died November/5/1907 aged 6 years.
(The above stone was the bottom part of the original and of course the top part that would have had the the details of the other Margaret)
