they look so alike, i would have said they were one of the same, but the jaw line is totally different.
could be a cousin, as my daughter is the spitting image of my sisters daughter, if they were the same age you could pass them as twins, however, my daughter has white blonde hair, my niece has mousy hair, thats the only difference.
