MARGARET EMILY SMALLWOOD born Oct 1912 in Caernarvon North Wales and died in February 1995 in the district of South East Hamphshire. She was 83 years of  age. She was married in August 1941 to Joseph Horace Smallwood he was a Petty Office in the Royal Navy.

They married in Weymouth, Margaret's maiden name was WILLIAMS  and her parents were Richard Parry Williams and Ellen.  Joseph Horace Smallwood died 1989 aged 85 years in the South East Hampshire district. 

Are there any Smallwood's out there related to me.

Further information received 18th August 2008 for Margaret Emily Smallwood. She died 23rd February 1995 at her home Rosemount, Mount Drive, Catisfield, Fareham.  Prior to 1993 she lived in 18 Bedford Street, Gosport, Hampshire.
Can anymore recollect this lady.

I think she was my great aunt by marriage.she was married to Joseph Smallwood he was my grandmother's brother and my gradmother brought me up so he was quite a regular visitor.He died in 1988 I believe.

Margaret Emily Smallwood is my aunt and she married Joseph Horace Smallwood in August194l the witnesses were Jessie R Pardy and F.G Pardy any relations to you.  Did Margaretand Joseph have any children.

I have already sent a reply through Genes Reunited I think,anyway Joe and Margaret didn't have any children.Jessie Pardy was my Grandmother,she brought me up so Joe was like my uncle.He used to visit us a lot when I was younger. Jessie was his little sister he also had two brothers,William and James who I also knew quite well they kept in touch even though they had been brought up in seperate orphanages. F.Pardy was my grandad who served in the navy with Joe they were great friends and Joe introduced him to his sister Jessie and they got married.Grandad's sister  Violet met and married Joe's brother James.
