Hi,
I am trying to trace some early baptism records for a John Henley possibly born around 1806. in Stockand. would anyone know if these have been transcribed yet or not and could  they be purchased at all.

Hi

There are a number of John Henleys on the IGI (see familysearch.org) who were born around the time and around Stockland.  It might be worth a look.

Hi June,baptisms for Stockland have been transcribed by Devon FHS.Unfortunately they only cover the years 1813 - 1840.
Dennerley,Railton,Mootz,Moshensky,Helliwell. Prestwich,Heaton Park Prefabs(Whitemere Drive),Blackley,Harpurhey,Boggart Hole Clough,Scotland Hall Road,Newton Heath

Many thanks to relly and Mrs.H. for your replies, sorry for the delay but have been away and only just gone back onto rootschat. I will have a look on the familysearch site for John Henley. hopefully something will turn up there.
