Worcester - Look Up Help - Missing?? Langfords

Hi, I'm a new researcher and am looking for any help or guidance that anyone is able to give me.  I have found details on the 1881 British Census pertaining to the Langford Family, but haven't been able to find them on any census records after that date, I hope someone is able to assist.  Any information at all, Census or otherwise would be gratefully received....   Details as follows:

1881 Census  Dwelling - Blakedown, Census Place - Hagley, Worcester, England
Samuel Langford       Head -  age 39 Birthplace, Meere Oak, Stafford - Occupation - Coal Merchant
Harriet Langford        Wife  -  age 38 Birthplace, Hatton, Shropshire
Samuel G. Langford   Son -    age 17 Birthplace, Birmingham  -  Scholar
Richard A. Langford   Son -    age 14 Birthplace, Brierley Hill, Stafford  -  Scholar
Florence A.Langford   Daur-   age 12 Birthplace, Blakedown, Worcester - Scholar
Minnie M. Langford    Daur -   age 10 Birthplace, Blakedown, Worcester - Scholar
Edith M. Langford      Daur -  age    6 Birthplace, Blakedown, Worcester - Scholar
Gertrude A. LangfordDaur -   age    5 Birthplace, Blakedown, Worcester - Scholar

I have searched all the records for each individual member, I firmly believe that this family emigrated. There is no record of any of the members anywhere.
I found out extra info, like harriets maiden name is kelsey and the Samuel G Langford the G stand for George, found there christening dates etc, but nothing past 1881.

I have found a Richard Albert Langford Married in Australia, he married elizabeth parker in 1893 in victoria. I have also found a Minnie M Langford who died there too. I have also found a Harriet Kelsey who died there too?

It may of been they migrated there?

Thanks for your help, the info.you have given me is great.  I really appreciate the time and effort you have put in.

I did know that Richard Albert Langford migrated to Australia,  he is my paternal great grandfather, who according to family heresay enlisted in the Boer War but never returned.  I have never been able to find any record of him enlisting.

I didn't know that other family members had migrated as well, i.e.  Harriet and Minnie M.Langford.    This has given me a new avenue to follow up on.      Thanks !

Hi Family Digger, sorry to bother you but is it possible to find out what year and where in Australia that Minnie M Langford and Harriet Kelsey died.

Sorry to be a pest, I have access to Victorian births, deaths and marriages but I have been unable to find them.....

They first turn up in
Christchurch in October 1882
Invercargill 1883
Christchurch again in Jun 1883
Pongakawa, near Te Puke (North Island) in 1891
In Hawera, South Taranaki in 1894/5 and 1898
Back at Pongakawa in 1905
Harriet died in Takapuna, Auckland in 1912 and
Samuel in Takapuna in 1922

I am researching this family amongst others for a book on Te Puke families and people.  I would love to talk to you.

I am brand new on here, but have just been surfing aimlessly and come across your posts.

Is your Harriett Langford (nee Kelsey) b Hatton Shropshire 1847 the daughter of Thomas Kelsey and Sarah Hulett ? She seems to me to fit with my Kelsey family. My gg gfather Thomas Kelsey b1851 was Harriett's youngest brother. He was a Railway Guard. He married 3 times and has descendants living in USA, Australia and New Zealand. His elder brother Henry m Elizabeth Millard and remained in Kemberton Shropshire. Some of Elizabeth's siblings appear to have emigrated to Canada.

My Nana would have been amazed to know she had other rellies in NZ.
