I was wondering if the Madonna/Mcdane daughter was a Medora, as that names crops up in the next generation with your Alice Medora - if so it would help confirm this is th eright family (assuming ALice Medora's dad is Alfred of course)

Hi Yes i think you are right about Medore.
I have received Alice's death certificate this morning and her birth was 19 Feb 1904 in Southwark
No one can seem to find her father Alfred Isaac Crosby in the 1891 or 1901 census,unless he was in the army?
I thought if he could be found in 1901,it might show that Alice had siblings.
No idea of her mothers name
I know all about Alice from 1925,marriages and kids.
