Me  again,
pressed the button before I finished,  of all the research I have done for Elsecar, it has always come under Barnsley.
the sub district has changed sometimes, I have never found Elsecar  under Rotherham.

well, something has changed - as its not listed under Barnsley in the above link, but is in that reference to Wath I showed earlier, which as a Parish is Rotherham .... so maybe its a border issue
