Henry (or Heinrich) Galland

My maternal grandfather, Henry Galland (probably christened Heinrich) was born in 1866 in Westphalia and appears in the UK 1891 Census.   Don't know when he came to UK.  Have been trying to trace his records in Germany via IGI, but have only found the following, the first of which is not the same birth year and the second of which is not the same name.

HEINR. WILHELM GALLAND 
Gender: Male Christening: 17 JUL 1858 Katholisch, Castrop, Westfalen, Preussen
FRIEDRICH WILHELM GALLAND 
Gender: Male Christening: 16 JUN 1866 Katholisch, Castrop, Westfalen, Preussen .

Found these two without too much bother but was unable to navigate IGI's Family Search website to get any further.  Any ideas?

I found these two GALLANDs, both born Germany, on the 1881 census according to FamilySearch:

Isaac (Head, born 1845) and Rebecca (his wife, born 1849) living in Middlesex.
Does that tie in with any other data you have ??

Relatives perhaps ?, immigrants often lived with or near other  family members.

There was never anything said in my family about any other Galland relatives coming to UK. 
Although you will find that many German Gallands are recorded as being Catholic, surprisingly Gallands were originally Huguenots (French Calvinists).   So I would expect to find Gallands having come straight across the Channel in the 17th century as well as those fleeing into Germany or Holland. 
The idea of looking at naturalisation records is interesting and I'll try that next.  That might give more details of my grandfather's home town or family.

I looked on GEDBAS,  http://gedbas.genealogy.net/index.jsp , a german site where people can upload their familiy trees in a GEDCOM file and found 12 GALLAND, mostly from Belgium and Luxembourg. mid 18th century.

So maybe there is a connection there, too.  But , as I said: for later, when you have more info.
