« on: Thursday 03 July 08 19:08 BST (UK) »
Hello again. I was going to put up the names for Crook but thought this one, St Bartholemew at Thornley is an interesting one.

Allison, Atkinson, Barker, Barron, Bell, Campbell, Carrick, Charlton, Craggs(Donaghy) Danby, Dowson, Drummond, Elliott(Whitfield)
Foster, Glenton(Coates) Graham, Hall, Hardy, Harrison, Hemmings, Hodgson, Holroyd, Hutchinson, Jamieson(Riches)
Johnson, Johnston, Kinnear, Kirk, Kirtley, Landale, Lowe, Maddison(Dodds) Marley, Marley(Walsh-Barker) Maynard, Miller, Parkin, Pattison, Pattison(Smith-Young) Potts, Snowdon, Snowdon(Ecclestone) Stephenson, Stobart, Stubbs, Taylor, Teasdale, Thompson, Tindale, Todd, Vasey, Vickers, Walker, Waugh, Wiles.

Once again the names in brackets show that they are on the same gravestone as the previous name.

Adam

Hello Rogerina. Here it is:-

In loving memory of my beloved husband John Thomas Marley, who died December/24/1934 aged 61 years.
Hannah Marley, beloved wife, who died October/4/1946 aged 78 years.
Also Olive Walsh, beloved daughter, who died August/24/1946 aged 36 years.
There is also an entry on the same stone for Lilian Parker but is is very difficult to read.

There is also a gravestone for Marley but the dates are for 1962 and 1974 and of course that is way past my cut off date of the 50's

Dear Adam;  I presume your final date in your last para meant 19 74 not 1874 but I think this is not my particular Marley line anyway.  However, thank you for your efforts.  Rogerina
