WARD/GILL MARRIAGE

I ask this for a friend who is seeking to identify which Sarah WARD belongs to her George GILL .... so that she may order a copy of the relevant marriage certificate.... is anyone able to assist ?  Or advise what would be the best course to take ?

Sarah Ward married Dec 1861 Westminster, St Margaret Vol 1a  page 530
Sarah Ward married Dec 1860 Wandsworth Vol 1d  page 685

You can check 1837 online (£5 to view 50 pages) for any ref to George GILL in the same year/quarter where he has the same reference number as a Sarah WARD:

If it helps, Wandsworth was South of the River Thames and formerly in the county of Surrey though sometimes known as London and even Middlesex (now Greater London).  Westminster was more centrally London (north of the River Thames) and usually known as London/Middlesex.

They are supposedly complete.  However, there was a thread on here recently regarding a quarter in 1947 being missing.
