If they were married in Cork then their marriage record should be in the General Registers Office

http://www.groireland.ie/

You could chance downloading the wedding record application form and filling it with as much information as possible. Could include a extra bit of money for their search. It would help if you had some idea of what area in Cork. The wedding record fee is 10euro I often include another 10euro for the search.
The Mormon site familysearch.com, are hoping to have all these records indexed in a few years which will be a great help. They will just index the names you will have to order the record then to get the full information.

The wedding record will have the father's name of both the groom and bride and the address of the groom and bride at the time of marriage. Also two witnesses to the wedding and sometimes the approx age.

Wedding certificate will also list occupations of groom and bride (if any) and occupations of their fathers'.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
