Clean up please for Robert W. Davies

Several scratches that I have tried to correct but I find I'm pretty useless, although I keep trying.

Have to send  a copy to another descendant, so I would appreciate help.

Please feel free to colour/modify any restores posted by me.

I thought that line down his forehead was hair , I shall change it later.   :-[
