with a Thomas Black some time after 1668 (he would have been 26 then). likely St.Andrews or close by.

all thomas blacks in the time frame up to approx 100 years of age. two most likely being cupar and ceres as they are the nearest to st andrews next dysart just a few miles down the coast

could I be really cheeky and see if there is amention of Thomas's father. He was James black born 1668 or his father who was also a Thomas born 1642 all in st andrew's area
