Chap in my bike club is a Housego - I think he tracked back to Paddington mid 1800s, cant remember where they 'appeared from'
....

George Houzego died in Brighton aged 58 in December 1/4 1908

And

Sarah A Houzego died in Brighton aged 55 in June 1/4 1916

Oh how horrible!! suicide

Just managed to get hold of my dad who has checked William Frederick and Emilys marriage certificate and both of their dads were listed as labourers.

Strange coinicidence here, that George Arthur that Deb just found was living at 3 Wellington Place, Brighton, well George Howsego Jnr was living at Wellington Place West Ham when he had my nan in 1926.
