Very hard to date. Unlike women's fashion's that changed a lot  .....well men not so much. He appears to be wearing evening wear (if that tie is truly white..hard to tell) and is quite a dapper gentleman...... It's really hard to see the collar which might help to date it...sorry

Hi Indi, about the date... I have an old  photo which is mounted in exactly the same way as yours and it was dated at 1903 +  Your man looks about the right age for that.
