Our family goes back to Cava and then Swona. We are a direct line from William Allan/Catherine Rosie, my g,grandfather being George Allan married Ann Flett at Flotta in 1865. I am from New Zealand and have been to the Orkney's where I met cousins but apart from our male line (Allan) have yet to meet close Allan relatives, would love to here from you. Tony.
