Is there anyone out there with the family name Stamp. I am trying to find anything about the name as my Grandfather was Mr Ernest Stamp who was an artist from Yorkshire.

Yes, himself's grandfather was born in 1870.  And both of us have quite a few years in front of us before we pick up our bus pass.
