LONGMORES in Hertford

Searching for information on the Longmore family from Hertfordshire.  In particular Longmore in early and mid 1800's.   Recently found a connection from Banff to Hertford

  I think you may need to give a bit more info on your Longmore family eg names, dates etc. There are a lot of them in that area.

Sorry for not including more information, excitement got the better of me.

Alexander Longmuir/more b 1754 Banff, d 1812 Hertford. He married Mary Ann Skinner.
So far I have one son Philip Longmore 1799-1879 and he married Sabine Elton
From what I have found on the IGI, 13 children.
I would like information on Alexander and his children, and information on the 13 children of Philip. 
I have not checked all of the census yet, as I need to go into town to use Ancestry.  But I have done a clear run on all census of Mathew Skinner Longmore b 1828-1878  and on his son Charles Elton Longmore.

If I concentrate on the 13 children first, I will eventually get to the others.  Or any other children of Alexander and Mary Skinner.

All information would be welcomed

The 1841 records the family living at The Castle, Hertford.
HO107/447/2  F.48/49  P.32/33. 
Philip Longmore    40  Solicitor
Sabine  do             35
Mary  9   -   Charlotte  8   -   Emmeline 6   -   Sabine 3   -   Ellen 1.
All children born in Hertfordshire.
Adult ages rounded down to nearest 5 in this census.

The family were still living in the Castle in 1851 and not at Watton.

There are three Longmore deaths recorded in the Hertfordshire Burial Index 1800-1851 viz John Grover (2)  and  Sabine-Sophia (4) both 28Jan1832 and Frederic Elton (3m) 24Nov1835.  All at All Saints, Hertford.

Sabine was missing from the family entry in 1851 as she and her daughter Mary Ann aged 19 were visiting Samuel J SKINNER 52 Captain Royal Artillery and his wife Charlotte 51 at Springfield Road, Springfield, Chelmsford, Essex.   Census reference HO107/1776  F.444.   P.7.
