I have a bunch of Henstocks in my tree, started off in Ashover area, and went down to Wolverhampton i the mid 1800s. I've just discovered that at least seven of them died very close together, and I'm wondering if there might have been an epidemic of something around that time.

I haven't sent for any death certs. yet - trying to be as economical as I can[ practically] but may have to resort to that.....
At the moment, I have September quarter 1849, Wolverhampton v17 p407
Deaths registered:
Ellen Henstock
Emmanuel Henstock
George William Henstock
Hannah Henstock
James Henstock
Mary Ann Henstock
Robert Breedon Henstock
They're a mix of adults and children.
Any ideas that I might follow up would be most welcome, many thanks Jacky
