Hello Geoff. Here are your Hopper gravestone inscriptions:-

In loving memory of Sarah Ann, beloved wife of James Hopper, who died 7/May/1917 aged 60 years.
Also the above James Hopper, who died 28/September/1918 aged 63 years.
Also of their son William, who died 2/August/1886 aged 2 years.
Also of their eldest son James, who died in France April/1918 aged 38? years.
Also Jane Fallon, mother of Sarah Ann Hopper, who died 10/June/1914 aged 82 years ( this gravestone was from the Wolsingham Catholic graveyard)

In memory of Hendry Hopper of Wolsingham, who died 4th September 1796 aged 66 years. ( this is just part of a group of broken pieces of graveston that are scattered around the graveyard)

In memory of James Hopper, who died March/27/1866 aged 64 years.
Also Hannah Hopper, wife of the above who died September/3/1899 aged 76 years.

In loving memory of Frances Annie Hopper (this was a small square flower vase with just that detail on it)

Hello Linda. Here are the inscriptions for Dobinson:-

In memory of Isabella Dobinson, daughter of John and Hannah Dobinson of Wolsingham, who died November/1/1852 aged 2 years.
Hannah, wife of John Dobinson, died February/17/1879 aged 59 years..
Also John Dobinson, died December/7/1886 aged 69 years.

Sacred to the memory of Mark Dobinson of Wolsingham, who died July/5/1830 aged 36 years.
Mary Dobinson, wife of the above, died December/26/1824 aged 26 years.
Robert Wilkinson Dobinson, son of the above Mark and Mary Dobinson, died December/3/1837 aged 19 years.
Henry Halliwell, son in law of the above, who died January/3/1875 aged 52 years.
Robert henry Halliwell, their son died December/28/1879 aged 18 years.
Isabell Mary Halliwell their daughter, died February8/1880 aged 19 years.

In  loving memory of Robert Dobinson, died 29/June/1928 aged 74 years.
Also of Rachel his wife, died 1/June/1913 aged  62 years.
And their daughter Emmeline who died 19?/July/1912 aged 36 years..

In loving memory of John Dobinson, who departed this life October/1891 aged 39 years.  (this inscription is from the Baptist church)

Sacred to the memory of Robert Gibson of High Jofles, who died March/10/1823 aged 92 years.
Also Jane Gibson, wife of the above who died November/11/1809 aged 82? years.
Also John Gibson, their son, died August/25/1822 aged 60 years.
Elizabeth Emmerson, their daughter and wife of Ralph Emmerson, died October/17/1822 aged 57 years.
And William Gibson their son, who died October/11/1841 aged 81 years.
Robert, son of the above Robert and Jane Gibson, died August/7/1846 aged 78 years.

In loving memory of Thomas, the dearly beloved and elder son of William and Rebecca Gibson of Wolsingham, who died November/15/1885? aged 29 years.
Also the above Rebecca, who died April/26/18?? aged 51 years.
Also the above William, who died February/7/1917 aged 86 years.
Also James , son of the above who died at California May/16/1932 aged 71 years.
Also Henry, who died April/25/1904 aged 37 years.

In loving memory of Joseph, the beloved son of William and Jane Ann Gibson, who died at Friar Side Farm, Wolsingahm, July/26/1906 aged 24 years.
Also their daughter Beatrice, who died March/14/1928 aged 40 years.
And of their mother, Jane Ann Gibson, who died February/16/1931 aged 72 years.

Hello Kathy. Only one gravestone for Stainthorp and it is from the 1980's.
