Hello Alison. Here are the Robinson inscriptions:-

In memory of George, son of George and Margaret Robinson of Colpighill Mill, who departed this life November/11/1801 aged 3 years and 5 months
Also of Darling, their son who died september/6/1810 aged 8? months.

In loving memory of George, the dearly beloved husband of Margaret Robinson of Tryem Hall, Lanchester, who departed this life March/22/1911 aged 64 years.(could be 54)

In affectionate remembrance of Robert, only son of John and Ann Robinson, Margery Flat, Lanchester. Who died July/5/1867 aged 16 years.
Also of the above Ann Robinson, who died December/24/1875 aged 60 years.
Also of the above John Robinson, who died September/24/1905 aged 87 years. Interred at Farnsfield, Notts (Nottinghamshire)

Sacred to the memory of William, beloved husband of Elizabeth Robinson of Try Em All (notice the different spelling but still the same place) who died 9/July/1867 aged 74 years.
Also John, son of the above who died 13/February/1884? aged 34 years.
Also Thomas Robinson, son of the above who died 19/August/1904 aged 39 years.
Also Elizabeth, wife of the above William Robinson, who died 5/October/1906 aged 80 years.

In loving memory Mahala, dearly beloved wife of William H Robinson, died March/2/1937 age 59 years.

I have two others but the dates are after 1950 my cut off date for posting them on the board.
If you want them I could post them via the personal message.

Is there any particular family or dates that you are looking for?

A lot of my wife's relatives came from Tanfield/ Burnopfield. If you think Lanchester is a possible burial area do you mind looking for Holmes , Turner , & Hunter. Most of the male Holmes were Thomas, William or John.

Thanks for the reply Adam,
I realise you are busy with messages at the moment but when you get time I would like to have information on all 12 Brown gravestones if posssible.   I am trying to sort out all of the Browns that I have information about.   Knowing the gravestone info will help me tremedously.

In loving memory of George Holmes, the beloved son of Thomas & Isabel Holmes of Quebec, who died May/23/1873 aged 10 years.
And the above Thomas Holmes, who died November/13/1880 aged 66 years.
Also Charles their son, who met with his death by accident March/6/1885 aged 20 years.

In loving memory of Mary Holmes, the beloved wife of Francis Holmes of New House farm, died 19/May/1892 aged 33 years.
Also of Frank their son, who died 14/July/1892 aged 2 months.

Sacred to the memory of Joseph Turner, draper of Shotley Bridge, who died 3/July/1853 aged 29 years.

In loving memory of Robert Haswell Hunter of the Nook, Lanchester, who died March/29/1882 aged 47 years.
Also Barbara, daughter of the above who died September/29/1880 aged 10 years.
Also Amy, daughter of the above who died 20/November/1880 aged 7 weeks.
Also Hannah, wife of the above who died September/14/1908 aged 70 years.

There is another inscription for Elizabeth Jane and John James Hunter but it is after my cut off date of 1950 for posting on the board.
I can post it via the personal mail if you think it is wanted.
