SIT: Help-Line

I edited surname, however when I checked my surnames list, it was no longer there.  A blank surname with blank details were there in place.

I then added the surname again, but it does not appear on my list.  No added surnames are appearing.

Please can someone help.  Thanks.

hi Bob.

i am logged into rootschat and have tried to access SIT but it won't let me look at all with my surname interests as its says i have to be logged on to rootschat...........

Hi Sue,

it could be that you have an older cookie.

Try logging out of RootsChat, deleting all cookies, (make sure you know all your passwords, in case there are any sites where you are permantly logged on)

Then log in again, and use the link at the bottom of the page to enter the SIT.
