Young George needs a makeover, please.

A very scratched photograph of young George. Would appreciate some help please as, sadly, I am useless at improving it.

Hi

Can you rescan it, it is very small?  You will not get good results.  If you can scan at 300 dpi, you will be amazed at what the restorers can do for you.

POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Thank you for your efforts on this little photo. I have been guided on how to post pictures properly, and larger, and have done so later on the board.
