queries to RC Churches in Manhattan?

I just saw this post and thought this might help you.  A lot of the RC churches in Manhattan have either closed or merged with other churches.  Old St. Patrick's on Mulberry is still there but the other two could be gone or merged.  This is the official website for the archdiocese of ny.  It will give you a list of all the current parishes (except for Brooklyn which is it's own diocese).

I spent a lot of time last year trying to track down church records.  Don't forget that a lot of these churches might not have existed for the years you're searching. Some of the churches were extremely helpful, others were not.  All charged fees.   It's a very hit and miss thing and you're charged the fee whether they the find the record or not.
