Thanks for the links and suggestions, Some I already had looked into but the Poor Relief Records at the Mitchell Library sounds like a good start. And they have a great site with lots of available records in their collections. Hopefully they will be willing to help via email as I am in the USA.
Thomas and Nancy in Bothwell are my Tagues. I didn't get birth certs for the younger children but will try to get them now. Hopefully they show a town rather then just say Ireland.
