I see the IGI is only a member submission approximation..just it would help to hunt for banns. witnesses etc...

You have ??seen the baptisms

A match could be mother elizabeth STEVENS

PS Found the marriage afterall at Mawgan..
Nicholas JULIAN to Eleanor JAMES, both of this parish, by banns - 27Dec 1787
The banns also say both of the parish

More on Eleanor  there aren't that many Eleanor James
I see one died Breage 16/4/1766 no age
Also another married at Breage 11/1/1780 to Richard Symons and a John Symons is witness...which lays doubt, especially given the Mawgan marriage said of the parish.

There is an IGI for an Elinor James at Mawgan parents Thomas and MAry 05 MAR 1769
