I have written two letters to the Edinburgh address to try and find my fathers records. I have his number thanks to someone on here. I can't get an answer. Has the address changed or is there a number anyone knows. I can't get any further and just no response. Thanks Cat

It is a Glasgow address not Edinburgh, all the information you need can be found here, and you can also download the application form.
