hi,Iam researching Lawrence Scarth & family he was my gt.grandfathers brother killed in ww1 at the somme aged 16 have some info but seem to have come to a dead end any info would be very appreciated thanks.

hi,this is all the info I have at present.Lawrence Victor Scarth born liverpool 1898 resided  at 3 creswick st everton liverpool father john jennings scarth mother mary ann scarth brothers john joseph,leonard,albert ,robert ,sisters lillian,&edith, Lawrence killed in action france 1916,served in the kings liverpool regiment 19th battalion  serviceNo27534 grave ref;id8 b&c memorial thieval france.before the war he was an apprentice iron moulder in bootle liverpool.

it is quite important to post middle names if you know them
these are possible birth regs for lawrence Victors siblings -if you know them to be different please correct

was the brother Robert you mentioned Robert grimshaw Scarth

If so his birth was reg Dec qtr 1887 W Derby
and death Jun qtr 1889 W Derby

using their middle names as well - there are marriage reg for most of them on FreeBMD
