We are looking for Fred Norris born in ISLIP approx 1889 in the 1891 and 1901 census registered birth at Bicester 3a 812 dec 1889.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whilst browsing the Oxford pages this morning I spotted your query and having the Islip PR's went in for a look - here we are :-
Fred NORRIS, s/o George & Sarah, Lab. born Sept 28, 1889, baptised at St Nicholas Church Islip Jan 12 1890.
