Robert & Cazza I do like the idea of a new thread where we can post photos just for the enjoyment of viewing them - not requiring restoration or other work. Or is there scope for a new board? I am a newcomer to Rootschat, so I do not know how to organise that.
My neighbours have a poignant colour photo of a couple, he in uniform, before, as the caption states, he disappeared in New Guinea..........and we do not know who they are.......
Oh, and
Cazza don't fret about the time it takes for your restoration. we are a patient lot. I'm involved in another thread (Mystery photo that needs another look) and trying to bring it to a conclusion has given me nightmares.
