thanks for trying, maybe another census enumerator mistake!

must say everything else I have found on this family seems to be in Kent, have sent for some certificates so guess have to see if they throw up anything.

if not to late would be grateful for anything on John Reip born c1850.

thats all I have it came from 1891 uk census just says born scotland

Any chance you could look up John Biddle - suspect born between 1830-40 - birthplace unknown OR a marriage between John Biddle & a Dinah (aka Maria)McDermot c 1855-1860?

have just sent for a birth certificate for Lilly Reip so if mother is Jane Mcquillan I will be able to follow up seems to be a shortage of Reips so feel there must be some connection
