PR transcriptions of Bicester marriages only go up to 1902 - so, as Ricky says, you will definitely need to buy the certificate to get fathers' names!

your welcome, looks like the only way to find the father's is the marriage cert, then we might be able to trace them back to the earlier census's

Hi again Folks,

I've found out, from someone on GR, that Herberts parents were Frank Keen and Beatrice Parker, possibly of Fewcott.   Unfortunately they didn't give me any other information.
I've not been lucky enough to find any more about them, can anyone help please?

Thanks for the info.  Yes, it's difficult to know if this is the correct Frank. 
Looks like I've got to buy certificates to find out for sure !
