Hi keren94,

A Big Welcome to RootsChat and the Cornwall Board  ;D

Thomas WEBSTER of Camborne = Grace JOHNS 27 Oct 1810 Crowan

Margaret 15 Dec 1810 Camborne
Grace 14 Aug 1813 Camborne
Thomas 3 Jun 1815 Camborne
John 5 Apr 1819 Crowan
William 30 Apr 1822 Crowan
Joseph 24 Apr 1825 Crowan
Mary 24 Apr 1825 Crowan

You will find the Camborne site helpfull

I am afraid I am rather confused some of this such as  John = Sarah and having numerous children from 1841 onwards. He is still at home an unmarried farmers son in 1861 as he was in 1841 and 1851. Joseph was married to Jane - 3 daughters. You can follow the family in the census free online

Cheers Kris  :D

Hi,

I am a descendant of this Webster family living in the US.  John Webster and Sarah Rodda had a son John Webster born in 1842.  This John Webster married Marry Ann Gerry and they had children Polly b. 1865, Rhoda b. 1867, William John b. 1870 and Margaret b. 1874.  The first three children were born in Cornwall.  The family immigrated to Pennsylvania in the early 1870s.  William John is my great grandfather and I have several photographs of him.  I am interested in filling in more information on the Cornwall family.
