Dear Ian/Dragonchylde,

Did you get any further with Henry Charles Wells, chemist/druggist of Stafford? I am researching him and we may have information to swap if it is that branch of the Wellses you are looking into.

Kind regards,

Mark

Hi Mark,

Yes, following the information I received here I managed to get much further with the Wells side of my tree including finding a few more researchers looking into this family.

I currently have identified Henry's Parents - Henry Wells and Maria Dawson and his maternal grandparents - John Dawson and Elizabeth Green, a link to the Rugeley Poisoner and many family members not included in this thread.

I also have some possibilities for the Wells side of the tree that I have yet to confirm.

Elizabeth Wells (1848) is one of my maternal GGGrandparents so I am very interested in taking this branch of my tree further. What information do you have? PM me your email addy if you would like to continue by email.

Regards,
Ian

Hi Mark

I am also researching Henry Charles Wells and have quite a bit of information.  Could we discuss?  My connection is that he and his third wife Caroline were my great great grand parents.  What is your connection?

Thanks

Trish
